We traveled in the morning and we did not have enough time, knowing that it was the second trip to Turkey in the same month just to repair the dress. However, they were not cooperative at all, as some of the stores next to them told us that they are always like this and all the customers complain about them. I am really surprised by the store manager. Is he aware? He still puts these patients to work for him, as we sent a relative in Turkey after our return to Dubai and he was told that the repair had been completed and we would throw the dress in the streets. Of course, they will say this after taking the money, and it is considered a large sum for them because they are newly blessed, as they say, and not at the level of sophistication that we expected. It was theft in an ideal way. Turkey should be stripped of these forms, as they do not represent this country, or perhaps they are of the Bedouin nationality (refugees). I do not believe that they are the Turkish people at this cheap level (I hope that my message reaches the person concerned, as he is in another world, I believe, and he does not know it). Very good experience i just bought my wedding dress. The staff was amazing and helpful especially Uzmanstil Dan. Ozlem she was very helpful and sweet and treated me like her own a friend. Measurements taken was on point and the dress didint need and alterations after the first try. My whole experience with every person was perfect and I highly recommend it
